CANCELLATION POLICY

 

HOW TO BOOK

The client requests availability by mail or telephone of room / course / camp with the dates and number of people.

Once confirmed the availability we will send you an email with the budget indicating the deposit required for your reservation. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 48 hours. The remaining amount will be paid in CASH or CARD the same day of arrival at the school unless for some exceptional reason full payment is required in advance of your arrival.

If the client fails to make the deposit after 48 hours after sending the email with the budget and confirmation of availability, you must contact us to check availability again, otherwise Surf San Juan will not be responsible for ensuring the booking at our school.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the client decides to cancel the reservation, it must be notified to Surf San Juan at least thirty (30) days in advance before the date of the beginning of the reservation, in this case the client is entitled to a refund of the amount paid , minus twenty-five euros (€ 25) in management expenses.

If the cancellation is notified by the client to Surf San Juan in less than thirty (30) days before the date of commencement of the reservation, the client will NOT be entitled to the refund paid. In this case the amount paid will be maintained for a future reservation within a period not exceeding the year, during which the client can select a new date to complement the course and the surfcamp depending on availability.

If the cancellation is notified less than seven (7) days before the date of arrival or the beginning of the course, the client will have a penalty which will not allow him to receive any money or refund.

Surf San Juan understands that with the payment of the deposit both parties agree on the conditions that are exposed in the last mail. Modifications can be made to the arrival of the client but they can never be lower in number, days or prices than agreed and reserved. If they are, Surf San Juan reserves the right to make the refund.

CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITIES DUE TO BAD WEATHER, LACK OF CONDITIONS OR MEDICAL ISSUES

If the contracted activities (Surf, Kite, Sup) are canceled due to weather conditions (a lot of rain or extreme wind or sea conditions),lack of appropriate conditions for the practice of such activities (lack of waves in the case of Surf and lack of wind in the case of Kite) or medical issues Surf San Juan will offer the client the following possibilities:

– Change of dates for contracted activities

– An alternative activity

– If the client can not change the dates or is not interested in carrying out the alternative activities, he will offer a voucher equivalent to the remaining amount contracted for the activity valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
